Preschool Gymnastics

Tumblebees Gymnastics has been enriching the lives of children for generations. Our developmental program builds your child’s self-confidence and enhances their physical abilities by incorporating a blend of music, gymnastics (bars, beam, tumbling and trampoline) and the use of small motor equipment such as ribbons, hoops and balls. Our 50 minute classes use circuits and stations to teach movement education to preschool aged children from walkers to pre-k. Join us and be the best you can at Tumblebees!

Busy Bees (walkers - age 2)

Developmentally and sensory-based for children under 2 years old, our Busy Bees classes are designed for our youngest little gymnasts! These classes combine gymnastics movement with sensory exploration and social play. Parents play a key role in Busy Bees! This is a No Phone Zone where you get to connect and engage with your child, meet and connect with other parents and enjoy a fun time in an environment created for learning!

Tiny Bees (age 2)

Tiny Bee Classes are designed for our active twos! Parents play a key role with Tiny Bees! This is a No Phone Zone where you get to connect and engage with your child, meet and connect with other parents and enjoy a fun time in an environment created for learning! Our goals are to help children learn to take direction from their instructor; learn how to work well with others, improve their fine and gross motor skills, and build their strength & fitness levels while learning gymnastics.

Honey Bees (age 3)

This class is for the three year old student who is ready to separate from a parent/caregiver and can take direction from the instructor. Your child will learn gymnastics skills through progressions from beginning movement to handstand and cartwheels. They will learn to take turns, cooperate with peers and participate in a group setting.

Super Bees (age 4)

Super Bees classes are designed for the development of beginning gymnastics skills keeping FUN first! Children will learn gymnastics on all events following our preschool progression levels of skill.

Kinder Bees (4-5 years)

Our Kinder Bees class is an exciting class for 4-5 years old! This one hour class is for preschool children that have advanced preschool gymnastic skills. Skill requirements are: Floor- Cartwheel, forward roll, T-handstand; Bars- Front Support, Cast and forward roll dismount; Beam- Pivot turn and beginning jump series; Vault- Squat on valut. Students will follow skill progressions and prepare for the transition on our school page program when they enter kindergarten.

Tiny Tumblers (ages 4-5)

Do you have a jumper, flipper, or little daredevil? Then, our Tiny Tumblers class might be perfect for you. In this class, preschoolers will be introduced to the basic skills and apparatus of tumbling and trampoline. Your Tiny Tumbler will safely jump to new heights!

Preschool Gymnastics Dress Code

Below is information regarding our dress code, what to bring with you to class, and what parents can expect during class.

• Leos or soft comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement are preferred for Preschool Gymnastics classes (FULL coverage; NO tummies showing).
• Buttons, snaps, buckles, and zippers may cause injury to your child during class and cause wear and tear to our equipment.
• Hair must be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear beads, bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity.
• Bring a Water Bottle to stay hydrated. Water ONLY! NO juice, sodas, Gatorade or any other beverages allowed in the gym.
• Masks are optional. Masks are not required for ages 5 and up per the Guilford County mandate at this time. This is subject to change per mandates without notice.
• NO jewelry! PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. Ultimate Kids' staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Personal items should be left in cubbies.
• NO chewing gum.
• The gym is a cell phone free zone. All phones should be left with parents or stored in a cubbie before entering the gym for class.
• Observers are welcome to go upstairs to our Parent Observation Area.

Preschool Gymnastics Tuition

Tuition for 50 minute preschool gymnastics classes is $85/month. Kinderbees is an hour long class and tution will be $95/month. This fee will be charged through your JackRabbit Ultimate Kids account at the beginning of each month.

Our annual registration membership fee is $35. The registration fee will be charged upon initial registration and each 12 month anniversary thereafter. This annual membership entitles you to discounts on Parent's Night Out, FUNtastic Fridays, Ninja Nights, and Birthday Parties. If you are a member in good standing, you will also be allowed to register early for certain events during priority registration periods.
