Our party staff is so excited to help you celebrate your child’s birthday with an Amazing Party!!!
By appointment only, we can offer a tour of our facilities so you have an opportunity to see our gyms and birthday spaces and to understand how our parties operate. General Party Info
With three different party themes available, we have something fun for everyone!
- Gymnastics Parties (preschool - age 17)
- Rock Climbing Parties (ages 5+ and at least 35 lbs.)
- Ninja Warrior Parties (ages 5+)
For Gymnastics and Ninja party themes, your birthday child and their guests will get 1 hour of supervised fun in the gym and 30 minutes in a party space where you are welcome to bring cake, drinks, and other refreshments. You may also decorate the space. You must provide these items, but our staff will be glad to assist you in setting them up. Rock Climbing Parties include 1 hour and 30 minutes in The Ultimate Climbing Gym. Refreshments are not allowed in this facility.
Standard party packages are for up to 15 children (including the birthday child). When booking your party, you will have the option to upgrade to an Extreme Party Package. This package allows 16-24 party participants (again, including the birthday child).
Parties take place in one of our four gym facitilies, based upon the party theme.
- Main Gymnastics Gym (Gymnastics Parties)
- The Ultimate Climbing Gym (Rockwall Parties)
- The Newly expanded Ultimate Ninja Gym inside the Ultimate Team Training Center at 6908 Downwind Road (Ninja Warrior Parties)

Party Packages
Ultimate Kids currently offers two party package options. The gyms, all equipment, and party spaces are cleaned prior to every party!
An Ultimate Kids party is so much fun for all the kids, regardless of experience and ability, and was very memorable for my daughter, the birthday girl. Best of all, I didn't have to set up or clean up anything. Staff was awesome!

Parties for children who are currently enrolled members at Ultimate Kids in good standing will recieve $25 OFF the party package prices listed below.
Standard Party: $260.00
Our standard party package for up to 15 guests, including the birthday child, features:
- One hour and 30 minutes
– for Gymnastics and Ninja Parties one hour in the gym and 30 minutes in the party space
– for Rock Climbing one hour and 30 minutes in the rock wall gym (no refreshments allowed) - Setup up and cleanup by our party staff
- A special t-shirt for the birthday child
Party cancellation will result in the loss of a $100 non-refundable fee. If you don't show up for a booked party, you will forfeit the entire party package cost.
Extreme Party: $310.00
Our extreme party package for 16-24 total kids MAX including the birthday child, features:
- One hour and 30 minutes
– for Gymnastics Parties one hour in the gym and 30 minutes in the party space
– for Rock Climbing one hour and 30 minutes in the rock wall gym (no refreshments allowed) - Setup up and cleanup by our party staff
- A special t-shirt for the birthday child

Unfortunatley, due to the various programs and high volume of classes we offer, we are unable to offer parties on weekdays. We offer parties on weekends with time slots from 10 am to 4 pm.
- The standard party includes up to 15 total kids for 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes in our party space. Standard parties cost $260.
- The extreme party includes 16-24 total kids for 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes in our party space. Extreme parties cost $310.
- NOTE: Rock Climbing parties do not allow you to bring food into the facility. Many parents give cupcakes as children leave. Weather permitting, you are also welcome to enjoy refreshments outside.
- Rock Climbing and Ninja Parties are suitable for children 5+
– Rock Climbing attendees must weight at least 35 lbs. - All ages are welcome at Gymnastics Parties
– Parents of guest 3 and younger are asked to stay on the floor with their child(ren) to ensure safety throughout the gym time.
Due to individual dietary needs at parties, Ultimate Kids does not provide refreshments or serving utensils for parties. We will have table and chairs available for the parties that offer party room time. We do not provide decorations but we are happy to assist you with decorations that you bring.
Standard and Extreme parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes. For 4:00 pm parties, you may have the option to add an additional 30 minutes to your party for a $50 upharge. This option is not guaranteed for all 4 pm parties due to conflicts with other events.
Ultimate Kids staff will set up the party so you may arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of your party time slot. Ultimate Kids staff will clean up after the party as well, so you should leave at the conclusion of your time slot. This enables our staff to clean all spaces and reset the areas so the next party can arrive 15 minutes prior to their time slot.
