This class is designed to teach foundational to advanced gymnastics and trampoline.

Each class consists of aerobic activities and exercises/movements that can improve core strength, physical fitness, coordination, balance and aerobic capacity.

This is open to anyone over the age of 18. Pre-registration is required. Register below now!
