School-age Recreational Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It’s the best activity for developing skills for all other sports. All of our gymnastics classes include Bars, Beam, Floor, Tumbl Trak, Vault and Trampoline.

What Makes Us Different?

Our year-round school-age program is designed for kindergarten through high school students with skill levels from beginner through advanced. Our professionally trained, caring and experienced instructors will foster individual growth and recognition through our Star Achievers Awards system. Instructors will track skills for each child.
