Email is our primary form of communication. Please be sure we have a current email address on file, and that you have selected "Subscribe" in your parent portal. Not reading emails from Ultimate Kids may cause your family to miss important class announcements and changes. For your convenience, we may also share announcements on social media, but please look to your email for primary information.
Tuition Payments/Enrollment Policies
Ultimate Kids year-long program is an ongoing session beginning August 3, 2020 and ending August 20, 2021. (Please note: Saturday recreational classes end on May 29, 2021.) An annual registration fee of $35 per child is charged at the time of enrollment and renewed annually on the anniversary of your enrollment date. This fee is not refundable or transferable. When you enroll your child, the annual registration fee and current month’s tuition are due immediately. Also, when you enroll your child, you are enrolling them for the full year-long session.
You may enroll in our program at any time in any class, space permitting. To formally withdraw and cancel your child’s enrollment before the end of the program session, you must notify the FRONT OFFICE IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL BY THE 20TH OF THE MONTH to drop your child at the end of that month. Drops only occur at the end of the month. We do not offer any tuition refunds. Any unpaid balances will be due upon submission and/or receipt of your cancellation notice at the front desk.
Ultimate Kids utilizes iClassPRO payment processing system. All accounts will be required to enter a debit or credit card for autodraft for monthly tuition. All families must login to the iClassPRO app to enter a valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Please come by the front desk or call us at 336-665-0662 if you need assistance with the iClassPRO app.
Tuition is posted on the 1st of every month and payments will process from the debit or credit card you have on file on the 1st, as well. If the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payment will process on the following Monday. Any payment that is declined is subject to a $25 service fee from Ultimate Kids. If the declined draft results in your tuition not being paid by the 7th of the month, your account will also be subject to a late fee. Two declined drafts on your account will result in loss of enrollment.
Ultimate Kids accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards. At this time, we are unable to process American Express payments or Bank Draft payments.
Registration fees, tuition, birthday party deposits, dance recital fees, dance costume fees and summer fees are non-refundable. If the Owners or Office Managers feel there are unique circumstances, they will discuss with you the best way to resolve the situation.
There is no extra tuition charged for months that have extra weeks of class or tuition discounts for months with holiday closures.
Making Up Classes
In the event that your child misses a regularly scheduled class, he or she may make up the missed class time at TumbleTime on Fridays. Missed class time must be made up within thirty (30) days of the missed class. Make-up sessions are free of charge. For more details about TumbleTime, please CLICK HERE.
In the event of inclement weather, please call the gym or check online on this website, or the Ultimate Kids Facebook Page to find out class and gym status. All classes missed due to weather will be made up through TumbleTime. Tuition is non-refundable.
