FRIDAY, SEPT. 11
- 5:00 - 8:00 pm: Dryland Session 1
SATURDAY, SEPT. 12
- 9:00 - 10:30 am: Dryland Session 2
- 10:30 - 11:00 am: Parent-provided transportation to GAC
- 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: GAC Pool Training
- 1:00 - 3:00 pm: Nourishment, Rest, Parent transport back to Ultimate Kids
- 3:00 - 4:30 pm: Dryland Session 3
- :30 - 5:00 pm: Mental Training
- 6:00 - 8:00 pm: Social Event
Dive Right In!
The Ultimate Air Diving Team takes diving to a new level. Our competitive divers learn and train at Ultimate Kids in our Ultimate Team Training Center (UTTC). They also have the opportunity to practice and train at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC) where they can transfer their skills from the gym to the pool.
Building Character One Dive at a Time!
The Ultimate Air Diving Team has performed well in competition and we have many former team members who have gone to college on diving scholarships.
Ultimate Kids Teams are by invitation or tryout only. If you are interested in trying out for this or any other team, contact one of the team's coaches or speak to your current instructors.
