Must be 18 years old or older as of September 1, 2025.
We are now offering Adult Diving Classes in our Dryland Diving Center located in the Ultimate Team Training Center at 6908 Downwind Rd, Greensboro, and at the world class Greensboro Aquatic Center. In these class sessions, our experienced diving coaches will help adults learn and advance in this graceful, exciting sport, regardless of skill level.
We have options Monday-Thursday, and select Saturdays. You can attend class one day, two days, or more each week. The cost varies based on the number of days you attend. - We are in the 2025-2026 class session which began after Labor Day.
- Students may join classes at any time throughout the session which runs through August of 2026.
- Registration does not automatically carry over from year to year, so all students (new and returning) must register for the current session.
- Saturday Classes in 2025-2026 will be offered in 3 sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
