The Ultimate Holiday Diving Camp takes place over 3 days during winter break. There will be sessions in the Ultimate Team Training Center Dryland Diving Facility, and at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Schedule details will be released later this year.

This Camp is a wonderful opportunity for your diver to learn new or improve existing diving skills.

Limited camp spots available. All participants must pre-register.

Polar Plunge & Chili Cookoff!

The annual Polar Plunge and Chili Cookoff is back! This fun event combines polar swimming for the brave-at-heart, along with delicious chile, desserts, and social time. If you want to stay warm and only eat chili, you are still welcome to join us!

Ultimate Air Tumbling and Trampoline will host the annual Atlantic Coast Trampoline and Tumbling Invitational at the Coliseum Novant Health Field House (Swarm Center) in Greensboro.

2026 Stinger Challenge
February 27 - March 1

Ultimate Gymnastics is hosting their annual home comp, Stinger Challenge, at the Greensboro Sportsplex this year. This means larger gym, larger spectator area, and larger awards area to accomodate this growing  USAG and AAU Qualifer!
