• 5:00 - 8:00 pm: Dryland Session 1

SATURDAY, SEPT. 12

• 9:00 - 10:30 am: Dryland Session 2
• 10:30 - 11:00 am: Parent-provided transportation to GAC
• 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: GAC Pool Training
• 1:00 - 3:00 pm: Nourishment, Rest, Parent transport back to Ultimate Kids
• 3:00 - 4:30 pm: Dryland Session 3
• :30 - 5:00 pm: Mental Training
• 6:00 - 8:00 pm: Social Event
