Admission is FREE with both free and ticketed activities. All proceeds go to help offset expenses for our competitive teams!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED
Admission is FREE. We do request that you pre-register so that we can know how many people to expect and staff this event properly to make it super fun for everyone!
This is not a drop off event. All Children must have a parent/guardian on site to supervise them for the duration of their stay. No charge for parents unless they want to climb in the Ultimate Climbing Gym.

Please note the parking options on our block for the 2025 Ultimate Fall Fest! event. Also, note the parking areas that are off-limits for Saturday. We ask that you please follow all instructions from our parking volunteers. For the safety of our community, please DO NOT park at or block traffic for our firefighter neigbors to/from Fire Station 19.

Homemade cookies and delicious drinks, all made with love and care. Every item is crafted to bring a moment of joy and flavor—perfect to share or enjoy anytime.
DESIGNS BY ANGIE
Custom gifts, baskets or specialized blankets. Products include wind spinners, garden flags, clack fans for the "Boots on the Ground" dance. Themes include NFL, Local Colleges, and local High Schools, and cowboy style.
FYRELILIS CRAFTS
We hand craft crochet items ranging from potholders, coasters, and amigurami. We also make beautiful wreaths, keychains, earrings and bracelets.
GVM GIFT SHOP
Handmade crochet items and personalized sublimated gifts. Each piece is crafted with love and care, often during quiet nights after my kids are asleep. Our goal is to create high-quality gifts that bring joy and support our family dream.
